- Please
arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. We
want you to enjoy your full spa experience and arriving
late may reduce your treatment schedule. Remember
your service will end on time so the next guest is
not delayed. Please respect the right to relaxation
of other guests.
- No
cell phones please.
- Lockers
are provided but please refrain from bringing valuables
to the Spa. River Oaks Hot Springs Spa is not responsible
for personal items.
- Wedding
parties and larger groups of 10 or more are encouraged
to contact the Spa for package information.
- Although
River Oaks Hot Springs Spa does not have an
age requirement, we kindly ask that all children
are closely supervised while at the Spa. No
children under the age of 18 are permitted in the mineral tubs or
private massages unless accompanied by an adult.
- Advance
reservations for Spa services is highly recommended
- Gratuities
are not included in the price of spa
services. In
appreciation for outstanding service gratuities may be given to
the staff at your discretion.

- Credit
card or gift certificate is required at time of
reservation to confirm services.
Cancellation
Policy: Spa services are subject to a
cancellation policy and require four hours
or more advance cancellation. Notice
is required to avoid being charged the full
amount
of any
treatment
service or package not received. Two hours notice
is required for warm mineral springs tub cancellation.
Four hours notice is required for massage or
facial services cancellation. Twenty-four
hours notice is required for packages or group
reservations cancellation.
